Thankful...

1. For the Lord's constant provision and mercy on my life. Everytime I need Him, He's there... can't get over how unconditional that love is.

2. For an amazing husband who understands and never gives up on me even when I'm a nutcase! :)

3. For an amazing little girl to call my own. Everyday is a new day and she's growing and changing so fast. Most days when I want to stall on my housework we just sit in the recliner and stare at eachother while she tries to rip my glasses off and laugh at me when I act surprised! I love each and every new stage... currently we're beginning our crawling phase! This weekend she's mastered getting up on her knees and lunging forward then up again and lunging forward all over again! :) It's so precious!

4. For incredible friends... from childhood, college, and yes even Florida! :) For a long time I refused to be settled in Florida and finally God's bringing me the peace I've needed to move on and be thankful for what He's blessed us with! :) I've made amazing longlasting friendships here that I never thought I would and I am truly grateful for each and every one of you!

5. For and AMAZING family! Each and every person in our family, unique in their own way. It wouldn't be the same with out them! :)

That's all for tonight! See you soon! Texas is in 12 dayssss!!! WOOT!

la la laaaa

Well a real post hasn't come out in a while so I figured I should probably write something right?

I guess I'm more of a dedicated blog follower than a dedicated blog writer lol... I love reading all of these amazing blogs with all of the ideas they have!

Not a whole lot going on lately, Avery is 7 months old today! I can hardly believe it!!! It's so nuts!!! She's just growing like a weed!
She's trying to crawl so bad! It's really precious! I'm hoping she starts crawling soon because we leave for Texas on March 12th and I really want Daddy to be able to see it before we go AND I want my family to be able to see it when we get there! We'll see I suppose!

So yes, another trip to Texas! Can I say that I am very blessed? Although we don't have the money to be able to fly to Texas all the time like we've been doing, My parents are blessed to be able to have that little extra money to get us there! It's so hard having a baby now and not living near my family, they are missing out on so much and it makes life very emotional for my mom and I both. Not to mention my 14 yr old sister who gives me consistent guilt trips every time we talk! So I guess if we're not able to live in Texas right now, having the ability to still go and see them every two months or so makes it somewhat ok!
lol Isn't Ave's face priceless? Those big blue eyes crack me up and melt my heart! :) They provide for some very amazing pictures and some very hysterical pictures!

Not a whole lot else going on I guess. This Saturday Jackie (our girls counselor) and I are taking the girls in the youth group to "Pinkie's Painted Pottery." It's this place you go and paint ceramics and then they fire it for you and you come back later to pick it up... I've been doing this for like 6 years. There was a place in Springfield I used to go to sometimes, I'd take the kids I used to babysit and we'd have so much fun just slopping paint on the pieces they picked out! I'm excited to make something new, possibly for Avery! Lately I've been working extra hard at staying in touch with the girls. After I had Avery I've found it to be very hard to find the balance between family and the kids in the youth group. I knew it would be a process but I'm finally getting it down... and still managing to find time to spend with my friends and the new friendships I've been developing. I love working with our girls in the youth group! They are seriously such a blessing in my life and I don't know what I'd do if we weren't in the ministry! Obviously God knew we needed to do this with our life because here we are, but I seriously am so thankful for where he's placed us in life. It's not always a glamorous job lol but definitely ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS fulfilling! AND ALSO we are so blessed to have such great counselors as well. Without Jackie by my side I would seriously be lost! Ever single area that we have weaknesses in, that's the other's strength! God is so good to meeee! :) Anyways definitely rambling, I suppose I'll leave you with this...

I see the king of glory
Coming on the clouds with fire
The whole earth shakes
The whole earth shakes

I see his love and mercy
Washing over all our sin
The people sing
The people sing

Hosanna
Hosanna
Hosanna in the highest

I see a generation
Rising up to take their place
With selfless faith
With selfless faith

I see a near revival
Stirring as we pray and seek
We're on our knees
We're on our knees

Heal my heart and make it clean
Open up my eyes to the things unseen
Show me how to love like you have loved me

Break my heart from what breaks yours
Everything I am for your kingdoms cause
As I go from nothing to
Eternity

Hosanna in the highest
