MUCH BETTER

I went and found a pregnancy pillow yesterday and with much hesitation spent money on it... Sheldon and I decided if it didn't work we'd return it immediately but this morning, woke up and it was a ton better... at least after sleeping... today it's back to normal but at least my sleep was comfortable!

Thank you again for everyone's back pain pointers! Helps me HUGE! :)

  1. I know that lunges, squats, leg curls, etc work but since you are pregnant it might be difficult. You could get one of those exercise balls..there are lots exercises you can do with those things.
